Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIME

We will be working our back sides off to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

We use NZ Post / Courier Post for all NZ Deliveries, timeframes may be subject to their delays.

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect to receive it within the below timeframes:

New Zealand

• North Island – 1-2 working days, 
• South Island - 2-3 working days. 
• Waiheke, Stewart & Great Barriers Islands – 2-3 working days. 

If it is heading to a Rural Delivery address, please allow an extra 2-3 working days on top of those time frames. 

PLEASE NOTE

• Deliveries to Great Barrier Island are for collection from drop-off point only, there is no door to door delivery service on Great Barrier Island.
• We cannot courier to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
• Parcels are shipped with “signature not required” so the package will be left in your letterbox, front door or you can leave instructions at the checkout to leave the parcel in a safe place.
• All of the goods we send are insured up to the point of delivery. 
• We’re not covered for any goods that are damaged or stolen after being delivered.

CANCELLATION

Hollywoof Grooming Limited may refuse to accept or cancel any order or delivery of goods at any time by giving written notice to you. Hollywoof Grooming Limited shall not be liable for any loss as a result from such cancellation.
